On this occasion, Google's registration was processed through another company.So what could this registration indicate?The move by Google to buy googlemastercard.com could mean that a Google credit, debit or ATM card could be in the pipeline. Although cloudy, the original report of the acquisition speculates around the possibility of the card being for AdSenseaccount holders too. A bank of PERSONAL Injury LAW

New York has a No Fault law that applies to injuries from car accidents that limits the rights of people to bring suit unless they have a "serious injury." And my upstate colleague Jim Reed at ZiffLaw described a fundamental problem with that law, via an email exchange with a prospective client: If you are lazy and "milk" the injury, you qualify to bring suit under New York's statute, but if you struggle back to work, and work despite the pain and limitations you might have, you don't qualify. The "serious injury" law, in other words, works as an incentive for people to be lazy and complain instead of being as productive as they can.This problem arises because, under New York's No-Fault Law, one can only bring a suit after an auto accident if the "serious injury" fits one of these definitions:
A personal injury that results in death;
Dismemberment;
A significant disfigurement;
A fracture;
The loss of a fetus;
Permanent loss of use of a body organ, member, function or system;
Permanent consequential limitation of use of a body organ or member;
Significant limitation of use of a body function or system; or
A medically determined injury or impairment of a non- permanent nature which prevents the injured person from performing substantially all of the material acts which constitute such person's usual and customary daily activities for not less than ninety days during the one hundred eighty days immediately following the occurrence of the injury or impairment" (See, for example, Oberly v. Bangs Ambulance; Insurance Law Â§ 5102 [d]).This significant restriction on bringing suit was a trade-off for the guaranteed health benefits of the No-Fault Law that started in 1973 and was amended in 1977 to the present formulation. But it also works in the counter-productive manner of encouraging people to stay home and not work. And that makes for bad public policy.It also means that a fractured pinky that heals in a few weeks would qualify as "serious" under the law, but soft tissue back pain that lasts for years might not, especially if objective results don't turn up on radiological studies or the physician does a poor job documenting the injury and the specifics of the limitations.It is this conundrum that brings up the problem with "medical mills" that some folks complain about. In order to document the injury properly, one needs physicians who are familiar with the legal requirements of satisfying a statute that includes a "significant limitation of use of a body function or system." That may not be the type of language that doctors learn in medical school or the way they were taught to make their medical records, creating a problem and cottage industry of those doctors who will document the way the legislature wants, and who will also find the time to testify in court.And it brings yet another problem: Treating doctors may need to exaggerate certain claims of the patient to fit into legislatively defined categories in order to keep the tap open from the insurance company that is paying the bills, because the real injuries may not qualify. And the insurance company, by contrast, as an incentive to hire "independent" doctors to check the patient and rig the exams to show no injuries to close down the tap, even if the injuries are real. In fact, this is the subject of two lawsuits that have been brought in New York, that are discussed here:

When you say "exaggerate," don't you mean "lie?" And if not what is the difference?And what about the people who have minor aches and pains from an auto accident and go to a "mill," which might even provide transportation, just to be checked out and then end up being referred to an in-house or closely related physical therapist, chiropractor, acupuncturist, psychologist, etc. and then have MRIs, CATs and EMGs for no apparent real purpose, for what amount to a few aches and pains. Don't you think this is a rip-off of the system?

Yahoo Domains is great. I have had an amazing experience using Yahoo to register and maintain my dot com domain name. Q. How many times can the plan be renewed?

2) You attended school full-time for 31 days after the policy effective date.

Eligibility
Q. Who is considered an eligible student?
A. An eligible undergraduate student is defined as a person carrying at least nine credit hours. An eligible graduate student must meet the graduate student guidelines of the college or university for full-time student status*. Students must attend a state-accredited college or university. Please check with your college or university to see if the school is listed in the 2001 Higher Education Directory. The student must be under the age of 30 and be able to answer "NO" to the medical questions on the application.
You must be a full-time student for a minimum of 31 days following the effective date of your policy.
* Assurant Health will accept the school's definition of full-time.
Q. Some schools operate on a quarterly schedule. Full-time undergraduate status is six to eight credits per term. Do I qualify for Student Select?
A. Yes. You should tell us in writing (attached to the application) that you are attending a school with a quarterly class schedule and are meeting the school's definition of full-time status.
Q. I am a foreign exchange student. Am I eligible for Student Select coverage?
A. Yes, as long as you meet the eligible student status requirement defined above.
Q. Can I add my family members (spouse and dependents) to my policy?
A. The Student Select plan is designed for individual college students only and does not cover spouses and/or dependents. Student Select does, however, comply with any state requirements for newborn coverage.
Q. When can I apply for a policy? I would like to apply now but won't be a student for another month?
A. You can apply as soon as you are enrolled to be an eligible student.
Q. How far in advance can I apply if requesting a later effective date? In other words, can I apply in July but request an effective date for September 1st when school begins?
A. Yes, but keep in mind the full premium must be paid with the application. The policy will be sent out as soon as it is issued. We would prefer that the application not be completed more than 60 days prior to the requested effective date.
Benefits
Q. Are there additional benefits available?
A. Maternity benefits are available in most states for an additional charge. Additional benefits such as psychiatric, substance abuse/mental illness, alcohol, and rehabilitation vary by state.
Q. Does the Student Select plan cover me when I go out of state?
A. The Student Select plan travels with you anywhere in the United States, its possessions and Canada. And, although it does not cover you in a foreign country, Student Select does cover you for an emergency medical evacuation to the home country or a facility operating within its laws.
Q. Are prescription drugs covered?
A. Prescribed drugs are covered if you are hospitalized as an inpatient. Since outpatient drugs are provided through most university health centers, they are not a covered benefit with Student Select. This helps keep the plan affordable.
Q. How often does the deductible start over?
A. With the Student Select plan, the deductible is a "calendar-year" deductible. This means it starts over again on the first day of each new calendar year. The Student Select plan includes a carryover deductible feature that looks at any covered charges you had in October, November or December of the previous year that goes toward meeting the deductible. We will carry over the full amount of these charges to the next year to help meet the new calendar-year deductible.

Q. Is preauthorization required with a Student Select policy?
A. Yes. An authorization service is used which ensures you receive the most appropriate and cost effective care available. Trained staff work with you and your physicians to review the course of treatment and advise you of your eligibility for benefits. The identification card you receive with your policy provides a toll-free number for easy access to this service. The authorization process must be followed in its entirety to receive maximum benefits. The policy explains the authorization process in detail.
